Contract Review Report: Two Stages

For every contract, Ginkgo performs two stages of review:

1. Illegal Clauses Check

2. Standard Clauses Explanation

For the first stage, Ginkgo's proprietary knowledge engine reviews each clause against applicable laws in your State of Jurisdiction. If none are found, Congratulations! Otherwise, Ginkgo flags them right away so you can take appropriate follow-up action.

Next, Ginkgo provides a straightforward explanation of standard, yet important clauses for your understanding. Key parameters such as duration of time and actions you’re responsible are highlighted so you know, quite literally, what you’re signing up for.

Let’s take a look at an Example Clause below:

Ginkgo provides an explanation of the clause, ‘restriction from contacting any customers’ and relevant parameters such as duration and mode of departure.

With these two stages of review, our customers receive peace of mind and understanding of their contracts from asking Ginkgo.
